Skill reallocation

Just a quick question about the cursed heart quest and how the skill lowering works.

I know it costs gold and a lot of cursed hearts to do and that's fine with me. Right now I'm level 28 with a 0 gap focusing on getting up to 32 or 33 as quickly as possible. I want to farm at 32 or 33 so I was going to delevel my masteries. In order to save money, I have only put SP into Heuksal (I'm a pure str glaive) up to level 28 and my forces are down at 24. My question is this: If I put SP into skills within Heuksal and then I need delevel my mastery to 24 or so, will I have to also delevel each skill that I added or not?

My point being: If I just level up the one mastery without adding skills, it will be cheap and easy to delevel it. However, if the skills in the mastery don't matter for deleveling, then I'll be fine with adding those skills as well without wasting more money. Any help would be great!

The skills DO matter. If you want to delevel a mastery you need to delevel the skills under it first!
