Been HACKED?

Yesterday i was playing on one of my characters and decided to switch to my other character... but once i restart the game and try to go back on to my account it just couts the number tries i have until i cant try for 10 minutes... Have i been hacked?

I was just on...restarted to log on the other character and it wouldnt work... Can a person come on the site and change your stuff when u r on the game? is that possible?

When i went to try and change my password, it says that ID and EMAIL isnt correct... So then i tried to look up my ID just for the heck of it.. and it only gives u the first 4 letters... so it showed me the them and **** indicating that there is 4 more letters right? or is that generic? cause my ID only has 7 letters... So Can the hacker Change my ID? i dont think it is my email because... i need my email to look up my ID and it worked...they were able to find it useing my email.... but when trying to change my PW it says it doesnt match... can someone help?

I have have 2 characters that i had spent a few months on... some money..and effort please let me know if u can help... thanks..

wait out the 10 minutes and try again, patiently. Make sure your number lock is on and caps lock is off (though caps don't matter in iSRO).

yes i have check cap lock and num lock... it isnt working still...

How do I contact joymax? email? does any one know?

cause i know the bug report on the site is only for bug reports...

If some hacker actually did change the email address of your account, you can just give up now, and forget about contacting Joymax. They recently came out with the final word on hacked characters, and the CEO decided they will NOT handle any hacked cases. If you are actually hacked, then you're in the same situation I am. My level 68 character that I spent $220 in Silk and 8 months of my time on was stolen, and the email address to the account changed. Joymax will NOT help you out on this one.

You're telling him to give up? Lol so disapointing. He got "hacked" and you dont care, why should we care about you and your acc? What makes you so special?

I am not at all special, which is exactly my point. JoyMax CEO recently decided that, considering the amount of false claims they received, they will NOT give out ANY support for hacked characters. This means that you can write to them all you want, but all you will get is the policy quoted back at you that states that they will give no support for hacked characters. Does this suck for all people with legitimate claims? You betcha! Do I feel sorry for the topic poster? Most certainly! Is there any chance he'll get his character back? Not really, although a chargeback may do the trick.

Thanks for the replies on here... I had 2 characters lvl 48 and a 33..... but now i just started with a new character new acount... moving on!....sigh...this bites! thank though...laterz..
