Question reguarding JSRO TRade runs

I just start jsro 2 days ago its kinda difficult to understand since i dont speak japenese nor do I have a language pack for it. luckly i meet some ppl who spoke english and tryed to help me but failed misrably.

I am lvl 20 on there now and am wanting to do a trade run.
However,
The merchant system is setup completely different from isro.
it has more questions inwhich i can not translate.
The players that tryed to help me said I needed to name my flag then register and that i needed 200k gold.

They also said they had 7 buttons when they click the merchant man i only came up with 6.
so i took some screenshots and maybe someone here could possibly give me a walk through on how to fix this.

Because at the moment i cant equip flag nor do any trades yet.

noone can help you if you dont install the lasnguage pack.
that last screenshot is interesting tough. it seems like a leader board where the highest lvl of that job are on (the highest in the server is a lv6 trader with 65% exp? )

There was a guide posted in the guide forums, of how to use english is foreign versions, maybe that'll translate it for you if its got an english version included with JSRO

u really need that language pack so atleast u can get some1 to translate it for u but like iSRO theres gonna be lots of high lvl thiefs with dirty tricks to kill 1 star trades

one of the sc shows a rank 6 merchant gained 3.9mil for 1 trade run while most of my guild members say 100-500k is the most we can get in iSRO
