How do i register and download the software for European sro?

Living in England, which is technically in Europe i want to play it.

Do they have a site?

If ur thinking of europe sro as Esro then it doesn't exist. If you're thinking of europe sro as the european race in sro then u have to sign up for ksro or csro to play it.
