quest lvl 70 demands finished quest level 7??

Does the scripture book quest of level 70 really needs that you have done the level 7 quest where you need to collect those script drops (Collect all the stone pieces need for quest)?

If so... omg this will be sooooo stupid

Well assuming you 1hko them it might be fast but when I was 5 hitkoing them it took a hella while, especially when you get ksed ;-;
