How do i add blues to a weapon?

can someone explain to me how I do it? Thanks in advance 
Okay so you get these items from all the mobs-
bone pieces, shoes, potatos...whatnot
You use void rondo (Purchased at the jewel lapidry) on them.
Press the Y button to open up alchemy window
Place the void rondo (You'll need at least a couple hundred) at the left
Place your elemental drops on the right
click fuse all...wait....
now you have elements.
Mobs also drop tablets-
The jade tablets - of any sort- will add a blue to an item.
The kind of blue is dependant upon the kind of tablet.
To make a tablet press Y
Put your tablet in the left
Place the proper elements and at least the amount the tablet requires in the right.
click fuse.
You now have a stone.
Use the stone on various equipment to add blues
Stones can and will fail quite a bit.
Stones can also CHANGE a blue attribute.
Stones have an assimilation value assigned to them (5-10-15-20-25-30%)
When used the stones CAN change white values on the item for better or worse - be careful.
