Appearance and price only. Neither offer any real benefits compared to the other, I'm afraid.

They may add stat boosts to the "special" job suits in future updates. Maybe when we get the cap raised to 90 we can get some new stuff that is actually usefull, like new skills and weapons.

i remember people saying they cost 1mil from npc? is that true? b/c i see players stall them for 600k.

They cost 1 mil at npc yes, but during the events (last christmas and thanksgiving) you could get them from turning in Jewel boxes. So suddenly there were a lot of black devil suits, special ID cards and red flags, ergo, prices dropped. You can get 440k gold at an NPC if you sell one to them, so prices won't drop below that (unless it's a noob or someone trying to scam with 'normal'job suits).

During the events, especially the extension, almost every single person had a full set so most people just npced them for 440k.
