Hi.................I heard a lot of people who are sayng thet they were hacked by a hacker....How can hackers find your password???They have programs or how do they work????

They don't need your password. If they can find out your username (not character name) and email address they can steal your account.

Make sure you never give anyone your username and use an email address nobody knows about just for playing SRO. Makes it very difficult for peeps to hack you.

Oh, and bots usually contain spyware (such as keyloggers) so don't use them.

Hey man, but can I change my password??? I want to change my password....I can do that?? and if I can, how?

Visit the silkroad website, goto 'Forget your ID or password' and you can change it there, by selecting the bottom option.

dont forget to use IE because it doesn't work with firefox (for me at least).

No problem at all here with internet explorer 7.
just changed my pass.
so the problem is not on the site but probably on your internet explorer
i cant change it with Firefox because i don't have the asp (?) add on.

oh caps never helped anything only annoys people so please don`t

It dosent works for me if you use Mozila Firefox,but it whill if you use IE

well i cant change my pw also...i used ie,opera,firefox,firefox 2..nothing

and i also had and sp 1 for a while and sp 2 same thing..so i have to go in internet cafe to change my pw,

i remember when i started to play sro i could log on their website...i soudnt make an account.my friend done that for me and he told me id and pw...and i could log on but now i cant log on at all.
