How do you obtain a Server Banner?

Yeah.
I kinda registered today and have no clue how to get a banner that says what server I am located in.

It's not in profile >_>

So help me please :D

Instead of "Texas" put your server.

Doesn't work for me! I typed "Sparta" and "sparta" in location, still no banner :cry:
