SOM shield

Got this of a young tiger a few days ago:
I was wondering, how long would this last me before I had to buy, say, the 3rd degree shield? I'm lvl 16 at the moment, so should I keep using it, or cash it in? (I like the purtle glow
)

Get it +3 and you dont need a new shield until level 26!
Or if you get a 24SOS Shield, but if you dont get SOS for level 24, then this shield will do untill level 26!

8+10=18. So its equivalent to a level 18 shield. Use it till 24, somebody MIGHT trade it with you for a lvl 24 sos, then again its upto you whether its worth it or not.

IF you got the money, give it a cute +5, and some rich high lvl, who likes to show off will buy it.

nice shield SOM and BR of 17. Is this your first SO* drop?
1st SOM, but I got a SOS lvl 1 garment
much use.
Adding + ? Is via alchemy yes? I can do alchemy, but don't know how to make a practical use of it. What tablet would I need? Is there so far I can enhance it before I push my luck?

It went straight 1 2 3...should I try a 4 or would it be a waste of time/money/elixir ?

If you are planning on +5'ing it then i would suggest getting it to +4, but if you don't buy astral and don't buy silk at all then i would suggest not messing with it anymore, i mean, it's already a beast of a low-Lv shield.
Your so lucky to have it
a) Dropped with a half deacent BR (even if i is only (+32%)
b) with int 3 (+100%)
c) AND with str 3 (+100%)
And dude, you even +3'd it first time, i have had lots of trouble +3'ing a couple of my items, it's hell sometimes.
So if your not going for +5, leave it until its useless for you and you can sell it for quite a bit too ^_^
