where should i go to get fast sp i am lvl 23 i dont have sos weapon

how much sp do you have atm?

If you have enough you can wait till lvl 32 and farm then.

Or maybe you can farm at hyungyo ghost soldiers at lvl 24.

ppl usually farm at a sos wpn lvl, 16, 24, 32, 40...
