possible but not probable. CCFing is much more difficult so even getting to +7 can be very expensive. Also it has a higher chance of failure at higher levels.

glavie SOS 64 + 9 have in greece and ano player that my guild see shield +11, but the player droped this shield... i think impossible u can take plus +11 in something...

You can get it above +9 but it is not recommended.
