Where to sell elements ???

hello all,
lately i received a lot of elements from a friend, all are lvl 2 or 3
i know for how much to sell them but i dont know where's the best place .
hotan has lots of rich players but they dont need elements lvl 2 and 3 I think. DW also has some rich players but not as much as hotan.jangan is home of poor players but they can use elements of lvl 2 and 3.
so i really dont know where

Best is to stall in ... Hotan. I can give you the reason why.
7D stones use: 2 3 5 7 elements
8D stones use: 2 4 6 8 elements

Both of which wind (lvl 2 3 4) are used a lot in the 'good' stones.
6d 7d and 8d str stones: wind lvl 2
6d 7d and 8d int stones: 6d+7d = wind lvl 3, 8d = wind lvl 4 and fire lvl 2 on all of the int stones.

Courage and Philosophy stones use: wind lvl 2 3 and 4 too.

Most of the people with gold are higher lvl's.
