Usually have imbue neither fire, light, or ice as number 1, and anything combos u learned from the skill trees like chainz or something, "Why?" cuz u do more dmg with imbues...

I put imbue on 1 and weapon skills on 2,3,4,5 ect.
I put my cape on 0 to unsummon my wolf quickly.
and i put all my buffs in f4.
my middle mouse button doesnt work, i dont know how to change the option for it but when I get ghost walk im gonna put it on that.

i believe it's in the option>set input>middle mouse button or something.

its just the scroll click button in the middle of ur mouse. If ur mouse doesnt have it, it wont work.
