hmm i had same...

my friends and i had this - The server is undergoing updates or inspections.
while my other friends were playing... -.-'
this some friends have that but don't know how to fix :/
some1 did for me... ;p

@oxedo Hmm... you aren't supposed to run sroclient by itself because the game will think you are trying to bypass gameguard and won't work. Have you tried reinstalling?

@Spik3r Maybe your firewall is keeping your silkroad from accessing the internet. Try disabling it.

i reinstall it .. and it does the same thing

and i tried to disable the firewall and it does the same thing too

I had the same thing with that runtime error, all i did was update my video card drivers and the problem was gone, hope ithelps
