Electric shock

Anyone mind telling me what the status effect of eletric shock actually does.....I have absolutely no idea

lowers their parry ratio, which means you can hit more up to your maximum damage.

As far as I know it's only parry ratio, I've never heard of parry ratio/electric shock affecting your chance of doing a crit before.

no, i mean parry reduce means that u have a better chance to crit on them.
