hi iam lvl 32 but i have a question how can i change from Armor to garment?

What is better for pure str blader Armor or Garment?

Depends what you are fighting, although most pure str. users go for garment. If you want to change you can only wear a combination of Protector and Armor or take every clothing off and then put on the garment.

most full str go garm for better defence against nukers.
