percentages in stats

Hi, I just started playing SRO. Been speed reading all the guides. One thing I couldn't figure out is what the percentages in brackets mean on equipments. E.g Int 2 Increase (+50%).
Well there are MANY topics on this probably still on this first page so try looking for them. But the stat you used as your example, will add 2 int points to your character.
