Question about the SP table vs Gap

Im kinda new to the game, so spare me for asking this noob question.
Does this table amount on this table shows the amount of accumulated gained sp or gained sp per level?

For example, at Lv42 with a 8 lv gap it shows 8149 SP. Does that amount mean that u will gain 8149 SP if u grind from lv42-43 or does it mean that the amount is accumulated SP through out the lvs (means that from lv8-42 if u sp farm with a 8 lv gap u totally gain 8149 SP?

Mind my question i know it might be confusing because im confused too now lol. Btw thanks to the guides posted in the forum ive been getting the hang of this game. Been reading guides more than playing actually lol.

It is per level.

Like im on lvl 15 with a 8lvl gap and i have 629 sp
