a question about silk charge - paypal

1st question about paypal
i verified my visa, now, do i need to actualy put money into paypal? or i just put the address in silkroad online and its charges my visa? (if yes, do i need to confirm this?)

2nd question, how long does it takes the silk/bought item to arrive?

1. i thougth paypal just a safe thing for transaction and all u need is ur card number. I think u can put money but i dont think its nessessary...
go read the paypal site

2. it arrives right away when u get ur receipt

You just choose the ammount of silk/dollars and enter your card number, and it just charges right from your bank account. You dont need to transfer money to PayPal.

And yes, the Silk arrives directly to your account.
