About killing bandit archers

Hi, I am currently 32 right now and I plan to restart my char to SP farm. I realized how tough it is to SP farm at higher levels (gold farmers and botters lawl), so I decided to restart to have an easier time. All I want to know is how much weapon attack do you need on a SOS level 16 bow to kill a bandit archer in around 2 hits. I plan to buy one once I have the money, and should I use weapon elixirs on one if I can get one? Also, how many hits is considered sufficient to kill a bandit archer, like 2 or 3? It could affect how fast SP farming goes. Thanks
PS How hard is it to get a weapon to +5 on average, with or without astrals? And it would be nice if someone could tell me how much a SOS 16 bow is in Xian, since barely anyone plays on it.

last time I checked, sos 16 on xian was around 6-7 mil. umm, you want at least a +3 to 2-hit archers at 16, I think. you'll need a lot of int/str gear too.

If your going full int to at least lvl 16, you can two hit with an npc lvl 16 bow, as long as you enough int on your gear.

Thanks, I'll probably need around 10 mil then =)
My current gear at 32 is mostly +3 str on everything, but I don't have any newbie equips. Would a wolf help the SP farming process?

I'm going to be an archer again, so I'm going full str. Is there any reason why int makes you stronger? That's pretty weird because I thought that strength would be better for physical damage.

Strength does factor into physical damage, but there are two kinds of damage on every weapon(magic and physical). The magical damage is usually higher than the physical damage, so adding more int increases your total damage.
However, adding int also decreases how much you crit for and how much life you have, so it doesn't necessarily make you stronger.

Thanks for the replies. I think I got screwed over in the pricing of SOS bows, for some reason they are worth a crapload more than spears and glavies of the same level. I saw a SOS +5 one go for 30 mil T_T
