I want to store gold in my storage but it wouldnt take any money its just at 0 how do i fix this problem? help

you need to click on your own inventory (right next to the money amount) to put it in there
and click in storage to take it for usage

storing = from your own inventory
taking money to use = storage.

I really don't like the way its set up, cause every time I do it, I'm scared I'm just dropping the gold on the floor

when u drop stuff on the ground u get a warning window and choose yes or no.
