Problem with bandit den return scroll

Heres the problem. I have a lvl 28 guy and i find some goods laying around on the ground. I put on my thief suit and get my transport and pick up the goods that included 10 leather, 10 vases, 10 horseshoes, and 2 leather. I hit the bandit den return scroll and it says something like this operation can not be performed. What the heck does this mean. I thought maybe because my thief is to low of lvl to carry this much stuff back my thief is lvl 1 7%. So i tried just pickin up some things then just one thing. I thought maybe some time limit cap from my last thief run maybe..But i could put on my thief suit. I even logged off and got back on and tried again and it still didt work. Anyone know why this might be??? Is it a bug or somethin??
