like the title, i'm new, so i need some tips on skills, and what to put my points into. I need tips on weapons and skills(how to properly use the skills with the right wep). Is a spear or the pole arm looking thing+cold good idea? thanks for helping

there are many guides in this forum that will help you with your build. the 2 most popular builds are a pure str/glavie and a pure int/spear(or sword/shield instead of spear).the pure int build is of course a nuker build. I would suggest reading as many guides as possible to learn about the builds,(strengh and weaknesses) of each build. there are also other aspects to take into consideration, (farming with a bow at lower lvl's).some stay with bow if there a str character but the bow build is still misunderstood.most everyone messed up there first build but if you research you should be ok.
