as my guild is will reach lvl 4 soon, i need get my guild logo ready to upload.

however, i can find that page on the sro website that tells u how to name your .bmp file. i remember it has to be a .bmp file in 16x16 size. and i also not sure how many bit should be .bmp be??? 8 bit?? 16 bit?????
