what are good numbers for crit block ratio parry ratio

basically what are "good" numbers for parry block crit (are there others?)
i know crits 8 and up is pretty good but i have no idea for parry or block

Weapons: crit 8 and above
Shield`S blocking ratio: 13 or 14 and above
Parry ratio: i have no idea just maybe over 13 and 14

Weapons I agree with 8+

Shields are good at 17+

Parry totally depends on the lvl of the gear... good stats are a high % in the brackets behind the stat and more important a blue stat on that item with parry increase.

I think any shield with 15+BR is fine.

gd weapons critic 8

shield 8 x 2 = 16

perry ratio for a piace of armor 8 x 3

about the perry ratio at lower lvl armors i have no idea

I agree. But i think a 17 br is above average, with a 15 being good
