I often see ppl say ''2:1'' Hybrid or ''3:1'' Hybrid, Does or does that not, mean 2 pts. into STR, and 1 into INT. I read somewhere that is does not mean that, but I cant find that post again, so I can't be sure of what it said exactly, If someone could clarify, I'd be thankful.

p.s. yes I tried searching for about 20 minutes. with no luck :(

Yeah, i'm pretty sure it means to use the ratio when applying the stat points, not the overall mag/phys (or str/int) ratio.

eg: 2:1 int hybrid means put 2pts into int and 1pt into str each time you level. 3:1 means all int one level, 1str the next, then the rest into int. This would continue in a pattern forever until capped and you can level no more.

eh, hope it helped

As said above, it depends.

If its an INT Hyrbid 2:1 build - 2 points INT, 1 point STR
If it a STR Hybrid 2:1 build (highly not recommended) - 2 points STR, 1 point INT

If its an INT Hyrbrid 3:1 build - You will simply just spread your skills out so that you end with a 3:1 spread.
