I have always wondered..what do the %'s meen by skills in the game.

Example some skills have a 250% and others a 300%? What do those have to do with anything ?

Higher % = more damage ?

It's sort of a damage multiplier, so yes. More % = more damage.

i thought it was cool down or cast time
some higher lvl skills have lower % than the low lvl skills

so i really doubt its that, i may be wrong though

Yes thats what i was wondering,some of the higher skills in the series have a lower %..but the damage itself was higher,so I wonder what the actual difference is
