Does the splash damage of lightning apply to sword and spear projectiles? (Flying Dragon, Soul Cut Blade, etc...)

If so, does it apply on every hit? (Devil Cut Blade hits twice.)

Even further, does it apply to Snake Sword Dance and Petal Sword Dance? On every hit? If so, doesn't that mean that you get two transfers on every one of Snake Sword Dance's three transfers?

Clarification: Let's say there are three enemies close to each other. I'm not sure if three transfers means that it'll hit three or four, so I'll stick with three to be safe. You use Snake Sword Dance. It hits all of them, right? Now add the lightning imbue... Will it take effect on every one of this transfers? That would be awesome. (Hitting three enemies three times?!) =)
