where can i find a scroll for 3-degree item gender change?

i have a 3-degree male leg protector and i want to change it from male into female.. where can i find the thing to do that?

or if you havent done tht quest tht gives you the gender change thingy from 1st-3rd degree...then you can do the quest, or item mall
