SP Farming (Noob Player)

Post by Epic »

ive been reading about SP farming and im a little confused. cuz currently all ive been doing is going Full STR and lvling my skills as I level. also i dont have any points on any of the Force Skills, its all on my Swords Skills. my questions is that, should i really be farming for at least 10k SPs and having lvl gaps and such...? or should i keep putting points on skills as I level?

this is my first week playing SRO and im only lvl 17. any advice or tips would nice. thanks fellas

People usually farm at low lvls because at low lvls you get more skill points and more experience points per kill and you lvl up very fast. When you reach lvl 50 you will be getting less exeperience points and skill points. thing is, as you advance, to get a skill, you will need lets say 1000SP. 1000SP at lvl 50 is hard to get and you will be stuck there grinding and grinding just to get 1 skill.

Besides that, you might be lvl 50 but your skills will be lvl 30, and you character will be weak againts another players lvl 50 who has lvl 50 skills.

So it is better to stay at low lvls to sp farm until you get a decent ammount of SP, do it all at once or little by little, maybe get 50k sp the first time and get 50k sp the second time at lvl 32 or lvl 42 or whatever lvl you pick.

right now since you have been levling up your sword, dont do it anymore, lvl up and keep a 9 lvl gap. your character - your highest mastery = 9 gap. then start farming. when you reach the point where you will lvl up, remove all your clothes and kill your self and then do it again until you are the lvl where you have a 9 gap again.

But your post count goes up! :P
Actually it would be easier when you can ask a friend to ressurect you instead of killing yourself each time.
