I'm lvl 12 with 60+% and i'm wondering how you turn into a theif, merchant or hunter at lvl 20. If anyone can help me, please tell me step by step.

Well,you don't exactly "turn" into one of them.

You can buy one of 3 suits,merchant hunter or thief,you put the suit in your job slot and thats what you become for however long you wear the suit.Thats basically all it is

get 2 lvl 20
a help window will come up telling u all this crap, then it will show a map with trader guild, hunter guild, and theif guild on it(i think)
the trader and hunter guilds are both in jangang, and thats where u buy the job item, and when equipped an icon appears next 2 your name, either a blue for a hunter or green for a trader
the thief, u go to the prostitute/red light district in jangag, where it shows on the help window map, and there is someone who can take u there for 2k
there, u buy thief suits, bandit den return scrolls, and everything else u need u need 2 thief.
when the thief suit is equipped, then a purple icon will appear next 2 your name
btw, dont theif until 30+, even then it may be hard
jobs are really just for fun, u make more money from grinding then a 1* trade run, especially with 1* poopers(poppers)
incase u dont know, 1* popping is where high lvl theifs/players get their theives to attack 1*s and kill them, then they take the 1*s loot and ya

Can i buy a theif suit from a merchant and equip that? will i be a theif then? or do i have to go to the guild?

Teleport to theif town (from southwest jangan), buy the suit from the npc. If you're lucky enough, you'll get it from the event.

this is how u get to thief town lol but u have to find this nspc that tellyes u
