WTF is error C10 ????????!!!!????

i have this problem recentlye whe3n i start silkroad and when i try to log in the gaME it keeps saying


failed to connect server (c10)

and thaT problem comes and go
but when i have it it lasts for several hours maybe the whole day...i dont know wtf is the problem....

pls help if someone can...
