I was wondering what the Level cap lifted to level 80. is? what is the level cap
to 80? does that mean you can get up to level 80?

Yes, thats exactly what it means. lvl 80 is the highest you can get. They are gonna set new quests and gear for that lvl also. Along with a new Unique Boss and area. Hope that helps.

and ya the lvl cap is currently 70, and when it goes to 80, new stuff will come out
