gap goes up

hey ppl as you maybe know the gap goesupso the highest lvl on silkroad is no longer lvl 70 but 80
but does the grinding goes more slowly or not
i mean that when you before higher gap you had 0.01% a mob and now get 0.02%a mob on the same lvl?
