How do i get the goods to transport?

and also what makes a line in a town Botters right? what makes them line up?

There is a merchant trader in each town and he sells goods, but you can only buy the goods if you have a camel,horse,ox. Not sure about the botter in a line thing, but i think it has something to do with how they're programmed so when they tele into town or buy stuff, they always stand a certain way.
