Is there a tablet for increasing the WHITE % next to the durability stat? Or is there only one for adding the BLUE stat at the bottom? To put it another way, is there a RUBY tablet that changes durability on the weapon?

Seriously, is it that hard? I just want to know if there is such a tablet or if I'm just plain out of luck. I'd like to raise the WHITE durability bonus (the % next to the yy/xx durability) on a weapon.
