Where and How to make a guild?

Sorry, for noobish question... Ive searched 'guild' but theres way to many stuff that pops up.
Anyways, how do i make a guild and where?
the guild master npc? where is that?

ok go 2 jangan(best and easiest place), then get close 2 the west gate...next 2 the west gate there is a umm..house?...i hav no idea but there is an opening with 2 statue tigers in front go in there and there shuld b a guilt master guy....and thats him

Um.. DW is the easiest place to make a guild. It's right by storage.
1. Press H and browse through there for the guild tutorial.
2. Use the cartoon guide on the main site. (If they have a guild one)
