What is the highest level you can be in sr?
Does the monster scrolls still work after the event? I saw a strong monster after the event it was 0.

The current lvl cap for iSRO is 70.

Only jewel boxes unclaimed were deleted. All events item can still be used.

Note: The monster with "0" was summoned by high lvl players. AND it does not disappear after 5 minutes. Stay away from it.
