Usually when I level up a Skill, for example the Ice River skill from the Cold Force, beside its FrosBite and Freezing probability, there is a percentage and then inside brackets an effect.

I see it rise as I level it up but what exactly does it mean?

And speaking of the Ice River, when I enchant my weapon (In my case a bow) it does add cold damage to my normal damage right?

Let's say I use the Ice River first than cast Anti Devil Bow Missile, I deal extra damages from both the Anti Devil and the Ice River right?

I'm sorry if that was noob, I just wanted to make sure.

I am not sure how the percentage works, but after some discussion with my guildmates, we think it is the casting time. The higher the % is, the longer the delay is. We all thought it has something to do with damage output in the first place.

Its called Imbue You do extra damage on your Bow skill when used with imbue. What happen is when you use your weapon skill with your force skill you deal physical damage + magical damage. It does not add more damage to your weapon skill, it merely adds magical damage on top of your weapon damage.

Hmm... the effect being the thing that depends on how last it stays in effect makes some sense since the skill itself doesn't actually say how long the Frostbite and the Freezing effect lasts.

I'm gonna ask around in game and see.
