I bought an astral stone lvl 4 from the item mall. It's percent of working is 0% and I did not see that. well, it does not work on any 4th degree wpn i try it on. My question is, how the hell do I get it to work? Help me pls!

you have to have immortal on the item too.

The assimilation is 0% which is good.

It will go on the item with no problem once you put immortal on
