I've been trying to find the NPC pahap the jade refiner in hotan but i can't seem to find him. Do you guys know what part of hotan he is in?

Go through the north gate down the bridge. At the end, before the guild agent take the right path. He is down there.

Hint: Press M for the map and look for refinery at the north side.
