SOS + SOM questions

are sos items only from drops?
or can you make them out of other weapons somehow?
and what level do you start to fin them in drops/can you make them??

SOS stands for Seal of Star it's equal to a +5 weapon which means if you have a SOS level 16 glaive, its stats would be similar to a level 21 glaive.
SOM stands for Seal of Moon it's equal to about a +10 weapon so a SOM level 16 glaive has stats similar to a level 26 glaive.
SoSun stands for Seal of Sun it's equal to a +15 weapon so a SOSun level 16 glaive would have similar stats to a level.
They cannot ever be made and are only found very rarely as drops from a monster. You can start finding them at level 1.
