What the?? Well in my experience on Greece.
SOS Lvl 24 Blade +3 is about 2-3mil four if your lucky
SOS Lvl 24 Blade is about 1.8mil to 2.5 mil(900k to 1mil is for level 16 sos)
SoMoon lvl 16 blade+3 not sure about this exactly but anywhere from 3-5 mil. Its a pretty good weapon to farm with.

Wow.....
then am guessing on Bable we have better deals or people on your
server are ripping you off...
anyway like i said it all depends on the server and shopping around.
