one of my guild members whisper with
my name on guild saying bad thinks LOL
how he can do that ?

Its a trick where they write something and then they skip a line and put your name at the beginning of the next line kinda like this:

Guild member(Guild):blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah
Gen.VeNoM(Guild):I touch myself at night!!!!

Its a pretty lame trick and you can usually tell by a space left in front of your name or by clicking on your name and having his name pop up in the PM window.

Eh VeNoM, your name will be there aswell.. You say something like hi, then alot of spaces, and then you typ Guildmates-name(Guild): I'm gay. or something. Just experiment.
