What good is a monster scroll?
If i summon it will it just kill me lv 24?
Should i sell it?
For how much?
what should i do with it?

you are lvl 24, just make sure you have zerk, wolf out and buffed (NOTE: dont be in a party) and use it, it'll spawn a strong lvl 24 (or a bit lower) mob, hit zerk and kill it =) you'll get alot xp/sp/gold/items
