You can buy a bandit den returns croll, in the thief town.
You can go there by talking with an NPC on the Barron street in jangan(number 28 on this map: http://sro.mmosite.com/database/npc/china.shtml)

One of the NPC's in thief town will sell bandit den return scrolls, and also sell thief suits!

and to add to dat....

since u can only enter thief town by talkin to npc in jangan..and when u thief ur transport cant go into the town. so when u thief players and pick up loot, the only way to go back to thief town to sell your loot is by ****THE BANDIT DEN RETURN SCROLL****
