Regarding the jewel quest and yeowa scales

I realise that the jewel leeguk quest has an extremely bad drop rate. So i am asking if the expensive jewel quest and yeowa scales are equally bad as well?

Thanks because now i am in big trouble. Got to do all those quest in 2 lvls or else i am fighting blue mobs already -_-

Hmm.... it didn't take me too long to get the scales(approx. 1 scale/ kill), but the problem is that it is 5 times repeatable. I didn't level really fast because I have a 9 gap, but if it gets to the point where they are blue, then just delevel to a point where they are green.

these quest are nothing...wait til even higher lvl quests...
or @ lvls with no quset @ all.
