How do the Bicheon and Passive skills work? I added them to my skills list, but I can't move them into my hotkey bar. I'm assuming that you just right click it once and you permanently get the boost?

Can someone please explain how these passive skills work? Thanks.

if you're reffering to Shield Protection, it is always on, there is no need for activation

I'm assuming it's the same with the Fire one...forgot what it's called, but it's in the last row of the fire skills
