PvP str/fire bow question

I am a pure str/fire/bow character. I was wondering how they par up in PvP. I have heard they are better at higher levels, is this true? Also, should I get secondary Ice imbue or is it not worth my sp? I'm going garments.

Every thing will become stronger in high lvls.
Don't get ice imbue, it's useless. Maybe you can get it for extra defense, that's up to you. I personally wouldn't waste my mastery on it, but whatever.
In high lvl PvP some nice bows can do a shitload of damage. A +7 sos bow with a nice crit can deal some heavy damage.
A bow'er is more a supporter than a killer, if this suits you than keep on going with what you're doing !
( Sure there are bows that can kill 1v1, it's just not that easy for a bow )
